Puddletown Surgery is a small rural training practice serving 4,300 patients, with three GPs providing dispensing services to 99% of our community. Our Integrated Nursing Team delivers exceptional, patient-centred care—both in the surgery and at home—bringing together the skills and expertise of Practice and District Nurses to provide truly holistic support.
Due to retirement, we are seeking a Registered Nurse with either Practice or Community Nursing experience to join our Integrated Nursing Team. This role would be ideal for a Community Nurse wishing to develop Practice Nursing skills, or a Practice Nurse keen to gain Community experience. Comprehensive support and training will be provided.
The role is up to 20 hours per week (hours negotiable for the right candidate). Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
