Open morning surgery is available Monday to Friday 9.00 – 10.30am. Please arrive before 10.30am.

Please note we do not have Open Morning Surgery on Saturday morning.

To request a routine appointment:

• use our online system via the link at the top of this page
• phone us on 01305 848333, Monday to Friday from 8:30am
• visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8:30am
• use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)

We have emergency access between 8 & 8:30am 

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Urgent clinical appointment or reviews should either be made by attending the practice in person or by telephone.

To cancel your appointment

• using the GP online system via the link at the top of this page
• reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Please note we have emergency access available between

8 & 8:30 am.

Please tell us:

• if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
• if you need an interpreter or a chaperone
• if you have any other access or communication needs
• if you need any reasonable adjustment

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice before 10am (emergencies excepted).

SystmConnect is a way to contact your GP practice online. SystmConnect is easy to use and will give your doctors all the information they need to triage and make sure every patient gets the care they need. You can use SystmConnect to ask for advice from one of our doctors, for self-help information or if you have an administrative request.
